Pricing

Each project is different, so one rate or plan doesn't always work for everyone.  I like to give flexibility to each project as some people prefer me to work all aspects of a project while others just want a little help in the right direction.  A preliminary meeting with the customer allows for initial defining of the scope of project,  client specific needs and possible budget.

Fixed or Flat Fee

Per job or per room fee.  Allows customer to budget different areas and prioritize.   Estimated after preliminary meeting.   

Price Per Hour

General Consultation  - $110/hour

Major Projects /  New Construction / Major Remodels

Bid per project.  Estimated by project scope.  Fee Negotiated at time of service.
