Inspired by the owners time in New Orleans, this new construction in Yarrow Point offers classic architectural lines with eclectic decor.

A 2011/2012 complete remodel down to the studs on a home built in 1997 that unfortunately looked like it was built in the 1980's inside.  The home has a wonderful location and a beautiful view, but lacked a grand street appeal. In addition to a total remodel of almost every room, we removed the simple porch and single metal door upgraded the entrance to reflect a more sophisticated approach.  More pictures coming soon...

A grand Whidbey Island beach home in Washington State gets a much needed kitchen remodel.    The owners wanted to refresh and renew while making the kitchen more practical for a growing extended family.   We suggested pure white cabinets with honed marble counters and back splash for a clean and fresh look.  The work island offsets the all white kitchen with painted grey cabinets and a very practical white quartz counter.  A fire clay apron sink and chrome hardware and faucets give the kitchen a timeless appeal.  Antiqued nickel pendants fitted with Edison bulbs give the lighting a vintage feel.   We love how this kitchen turned out!

A new addition to this grand Island beach home.   We worked with the architect and advised on this addition and found some unique one of a kind finds for this room including the great shell chandelier. 

Kirkland residential home we designed from the ground up to echo the feel of a residence from Seattle’s past.   Old homes have a charm that is hard to replicate, but with some careful planning, creative thinking and utilizing classic designs, you can achieve a home with yesterday’s charm and character built for today’s modern family. 

We assisted a couple that wanted to run their own remodel on their home in Bellevue but needed some help to get going.  We provided a large dose of inspiration where needed and helped guide them throughout with resources to work on the project and location to source most items.  The project was a success and the end results are great.  Good teamwork and some hard earned sweat equity payed off.

Our client wanted a moderate remodel to her aging kitchen and she wanted it to be light, clean and updated.   Too keep the cost down, our client did a lot of the busy work herself - looking for guidance along the way.  We decided to use the existing appliances and cabinets to keep the cost down, but painted the cabinets a new crisp shade of white.  We changed the tired black granite tiles for Calcutta marble slab counters and back splashes.  We also added a John Boos maple countertop on the island for warmth. The stainless sink, chrome faucet, glass chandelier, pendants and hardware are all new.   We love the outcome and the fact that it was a relatively quick change and moderately affordable, but the outcome is dramatic and updates the home to 2013.   We love the before and after pictures!

This Bellevue penthouse is the ultimate city living lifestyle.  The Interior is designed  for a more modern and clean approach to life.  We worked with the owner who was looking to rent out the condo and he wanted something modern and manly, yet warm and comfortable.

My client is a telecommunications company that had outgrown its old commercial space.  The new space they found was built in the 1970's and drastically needed a remodel.  A tight budget was an issue, but they still wanted a open and modern design.  We chose to embrace their corporate colors of white, grey and orange and play off the telecommunications theme.
