Our client wanted a moderate remodel to her aging kitchen and she wanted it to be light, clean and updated.   Too keep the cost down, our client did a lot of the busy work herself - looking for guidance along the way.  We decided to use the existing appliances and cabinets to keep the cost down, but painted the cabinets a new crisp shade of white.  We changed the tired black granite tiles for Calcutta marble slab counters and back splashes.  We also added a John Boos maple countertop on the island for warmth. The stainless sink, chrome faucet, glass chandelier, pendants and hardware are all new.   We love the outcome and the fact that it was a relatively quick change and moderately affordable, but the outcome is dramatic and updates the home to 2013.   We love the before and after pictures!
